The basic requirement of this course is to watch the films, take detailed notes while doing so, and then write smart 300-word responses to them (some responses are required, some are optional). Two class periods will be set aside for each film we watch. Being in class, on time, to discuss them will give you a chance to earn full credit on your notes. You also have to be present in class to turn in your notes for each viewing. On discussion days, you have to converse about the films with your classmates and take notes. I hope to fit in TWELVE films.
