We will be reading, along side the films we watch, 3 different comics. You should be able to buy all of these at the UNG Bookstore, but there might be cheaper options out there. Please buy
paper copies, and bring them to class with you. For full credit on reading observations, I will need to see that you have your own copy in hand when you come to class, so make sure you are holding it and referring to it during discussion.

Understanding Comics: The Invisible Art, which is a comic about comics, by Scott McCloud. This book is also available in the UNG Bookstore here on campus, and it is crucial that you purchase this comic sooner than the others. Do not rely on shipping for this one.
